Vivienda 111 / 111 House by A-Cero

Volumes rounded, straight lines and simple forms make up the structure of this new house located in the urbanization of La Villa Madrid (Pozuelo de Alarcon).

This is one of a hundred homes that are already built in this exclusive residential complex consisting of large green spaces, lakes, residential buildings and sculptures, all designed by A-cero.

The facade of the house has large windows, along with the clarity of travertine marble that is done, provide much light to the whole.

It has a floor area of 1,600 square meters and comprises three floors (basement, ground floor and high) to adapt to the slope of the land on which it stands. Downstairs has provided the garage and service spaces, while on the ground floor are more public spaces (living room, dining room, living room …) and high bedrooms and suites that require more privacy.

The property is located in a sloping plot of over 4,000 square meters, where A-cero has also designed a spectacular pool of nearly 80 square meters, whose geometric forms blend in with the clean architecture that characterizes this project.
