Syntes House by dosmasuno architects
A succession of volumes, patios connected by a green ribbon, a particular step and a minimalist interior.
Syntes House is a house without context, built on an individual level, in Pinto, south Madrid. Designed by Ignacio Borrego, Néstor Montenegro and Lina Toro “dosmasuno Architects” House Syntes architects describe as a “house between courts”, is shaded by overhangs created between the spatial relationships between the volumes that compose it.
These volumes are linked by a green line that floats around space like a ribbon along the top and as a superstructure formarndo a series of columns angles.
The volumes are associated with open spaces and also follow or continue one after the other forming intemedios patios.
The interior is minimalist, in fact the view is confused with the changes and interior-exterior relationship. The house if is intended to develop an inner life fully insured for privacy.
