Sagaponac house by Mies van derRohe and Shigeru Ban

Sagaponac house has been designed based on an unrealized house designed by Mies van derRohe in 1924. The house held in Long Island in the U.S., has been created as a country house outward. It is mainly white, furniture, Mies also have been chosen in light colors. Much of the furnishings is prefabricated, separating the rooms without losing functionality. The home literally embraces outdoor swimming pool, but can not be said to rotate in a tone of these and have large open spaces in other parts of the house. The main difference with Mies project has been the creation of a porch from a ledge that rests on a pillar in the form of V. A reinterpretation of the architecture of Mies van der Rohe conducted by the Japanese architect Shigeru Ban, two great creators face to face.
