Rosario House in Constitution Street

With a unique implementation on the ground than traditional developments of a house between walls.

Macrocentro In Rosario, in a neighborhood of low-rise houses, one and two levels, this project was a proposal that the usual houses between medians. As stated in the specification, being the party walls “bad”, the idea of separating the new home of those existing walls generated more light and ventilation and made possible the realization of circulation between the front and back of the house. The plants were resolved with great use of floor space, minimizing the circulation.

1314 Constitution House specification:
A compact house of 150 m2 on a plot of 8.66 square city mx 25 m.
A 6 mx 11 m, located 5 m from the front, separated 1 m from the walls dividing them side by being in poor condition. This encourages the entry of light and air around the perimeter of the house.
The free and glazed floor houses the social sector, transparency allows the perception of the ground in all its entirety, achieving continuity between the front yard (garage / income), housing and the rear garden. The masonry floor contains four bedrooms, office, bathroom and laundry.
The security is resolved with a pergola that occupy the space between the house, party walls and the front side. Two bars are pivoted protection from the garden.
