Remodeling of a contemporary house
Completely remodeled on the basis of a collection of photographs and works of art.
A contemporary house, built in the 80′s was totally disarmed. The partition walls were removed, the plaster coating was removed. Leaving only the structural walls. Windows have been reconfigured, giving a different order. The result, a clean house for a client meticulous collector of art and photography. The natural light from windows also thought in terms of art, what was the best light and at what time of day.
Conclusion: The sophisticated collection of photographs was that defined the geometry of the interior spaces. The main entrance of the house is on the second floor, which has the living room, the living and service areas like the kitchen. Lower are the rooms of children and additional adolescntes for guests. At the highest level is the main room and other adjacent units.
Added a balcony attached to living and spreading the same function.
