Opus Tower Building Architecture in Dubai by Zaha Hadid
Despite the delays, the Opus Tower by Zaha Hadid designed for the Business Bay in Dubai is one of the most interesting projects of the UAE. The project designed by Iraqi architect in 2007 noted for its futuristic design, as if it were an ice cube melting in the desert, was a gamble that could only be built on the floor of the emirate. According to the architect “With the complex Opus try to change the evolution of urban planning in Dubai.”
In total the project has more than 83,000 square feet on 19 floors with a height of 93 meters. A hole drilled one of the two towers of the project. This gap is illuminated at night by reversing the volume of the building with respect to day. The glass is designed specifically for the project and provide a set of reflections ever conceived before.
The interior is no less surprising addition to meet all kinds of luxuries like swimming pool, and several rest areas is the hallmark characteristic of Zaha Hadid highlighting organic shapes to form a natural continuum.
