Minimalist with the short form has been designed by Pb Elemental Architecture. Situated in the valley of Wenatchee, Washington, this project consists of an extension of a farmhouse in the 1960′s. Here is a breakdown of the architect: “This house is not just a home to live alone. The client also describes a ski team and a lot of teams at home at one time or another during a season. The design of this house itself is made in order to remain maximum in view of the valley and surrounding hills. Former master bedroom renovated into a new bath and closet. Corten steel structure built to house a bedroom and sitting area. Outside deck was closed and replaced on the second floor with a new living space. “Blend of old and new house designs are very amazing and very minimalist.
