MA34 House Architecture Project by De Jáuregui Salas
This house is located on the outskirts of the city, on a lot very well oriented, visual privileged golf course, but in an irregular geometry.
From the premises raised by the principals agreed that housing should be a monumental but strong contemporary language.
And so, taking into account the peculiarities of the lot and the requirements of principals thought in a game of two large volumes, bound by a large central space to make a link and allow the rift between them, achieving in this way, accompany the difficult terrain shape.
The house resolved to the front façade with a more introverted, controlling their views, and the worst case orientation, and a very open towards the garden dominated the glass on the wall, favoring a full connection to the outside, green, and good visual.
The volumes should be well differentiated from each other, as well as its material, while composing a unit. In this way we chose to carry a body of the house with exposed concrete block, and another with white plaster finish.
Access to the house is emphasized with a central space of double height, fully glazed, wherein the light invades the heart of the home. This hall is interrupted only by a bridge of iron, wood and glass sewing construction both bodies.
While a project is simple and clear as to its function and idea of the game, a work of architecture is full of details, which tried to find the sensitivity of the material and the spaces they generate.
