Luxury Villa in Son Vidal, Palma de Mallorca

Although it seems that this village is anchored in a Caribbean country, are seeing a panoramic view of Palma and its bay. La Villa Son Vidal has what it takes to be a luxury home.

Is a property of just over 2,000 square meters which is reached by a private road in the middle hill (photo gallery). The three-storey house has 800 square feet with five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The best is the location: near the international airport and the city enough away for peace of mind and privacy. It could well be a primary residence, living by the sea and travel for work when necessary. There is a large room suitable as an office on the first floor. That I do think in the future!

Not only the infinity pool in the first picture is interesting. The house is spacious, is bright by day and your feet touch the dark wood floor from the garden to the inner rooms. Inside, the underfloor central heating allows you to walk barefoot at home in winter.

The only thing missing is a beautiful garden, with palm trees, although well distributed, there would be enough. Aside from creating a space with grass and roses, have a biological garden, terraces far away from the house, olive trees.

Inside, a relaxing zen decorative air environment, as the example of the bedroom in the photo above. The contrast of pure white with dark parquet is a style which I appreciate. The blue LED lights from the ceiling will add mystery and modernity into the room.

In this living room you have the feeling of being in a mountainous place in Japan. The advantage of geographical location is that you can enjoy both the mountain and sea views, just steps from the beach. Of course, careful not to roll down the stairs when strong north wind blows. Fortunately, the villa is south facing.

All the terraces and guest apartment make it an ideal home for entertaining and everyone has their private space. In the blink of an eye, the apartment becomes two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and kitchen. That’s where my colleagues would install Patch Laura and when they came to visit.
