Lofts: Houses fashionable minimalist design

Lofts is fashionable more and every day. One is ample diaphanous spaces in which the number of walls is minimum, generally with much luminosity and minimalist designs. Loft looks for the maximum advantage of the space. It is from the conversion of warehouses or factories in inhabitable spaces, or destined to the professional use. Normally they are built in old property, ships or ground floors. They have been impelled, in the great cities, by the transformation of industrial zones in residential zones.

Usually they are spaces with high ceilings, that surpass the 3.5 meters of height, ample large windows and, habitually, concrete walls. They are characterized to have few partitions and by the shortage of closings, only the essentials to separate the private stays (baths and sometimes dormitories) of the rest of the house, that conforms a unique and extensive zone. Usually they have between the 90 and 300 square meters.

The walls of lofts usually do not present/display decorative reliefs nor elements like painted papers, but they are mainly smooth and monochrome. It happens the same with the ceilings, and sometimes these let see the structure sustains that them.

Lofts owns all the necessary one to live comfortably but for it is necessary to understand the essence of the same, because perhaps for some are a little cold and uninhabitable.
