House Design with a large balcony, plastic front AB UNIT

The house is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Gothenburg, Sweden. It is designed for Arkitektur AB in place of an old townhouse. Although the sea is near, most people do not see from public spaces where they spend most of their time.

The house is made of simple materials and because he is quite large even though the budget was not too much. The facades of the ground floor are lined with fir Swedish. The top floor, where are the public areas, is covered with a facade material impeccable and correct – 5 mm white plastic translucent acrylic or PMMA. A large balcony with a steel pragmatic and inexpensive compensates for the lack of outdoor space in relation to the living room.
