House Architecture in Pozuelo de Alarcón by A-cero Architect
I must admit that I have a weakness for houses A-Cero, the study of the architects Joaquín Torres and Rafael Llamazares. Simply put, the buildings seem to me the most luxurious and spectacular that one can find without falling into excess. And a sophisticated minimalist design, aesthetic beauty focus, structural integrity and harmony, coming together in a masterly way with the environment.
This mansion located in a neighborhood of Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid) outstanding for its originality and plasticity aesthetic, pure geometry in the service of well-being of their tenants. The elegance defines its composition material, in which travertine marble and concrete become protagonists, apart from getting the intermediate piers and spacious and airy in the sunlight that penetrates every room.
The architecture of the house is situated on a large plot, where privacy and harmonious lines make it a safe haven a few miles from the capital. A well-kept garden, like a real green carpet, along with pots, flowerbeds and trees make it a practically perfect place to spend time both outside and inside the house.
The windows disappear, giving prominence to the open spaces, soft colors and clean lines and pure, authentic brand of architectural house. The decor gives its importance to small details and, of course, a commodity never free of aesthetic sense.
One of the keys of the house is the link between the interior and exterior, which is characterized by the absence of doors and walls, which are replaced by panels. As an example, a window 17 meters connects the lounge to the garden through one of its sides.
Rooms are distributed on two axes and two floors. Spacious and comfortable, noted for its minimalism and reduction to essentials. The cellar, gym, music room or indoor swimming pool are other features of real estate in which the design is ever present, as in the bathrooms finished in ash wood.
