Glass Blocks Apartment Translucent Wrappers Design

The design was born of the restriction, the regulations as a guideline, outlined the parameters created with the idea volumetry. Looking at all costs in the light, the facades of glass blocks become translucent wrappers, inserted in a monolith of limestone, which rests on the floor of a dense urban neighborhood uptown.

Materials sober and neutral appearance, create internal spaces that seek to distract the daily routine of the city, making the green of the leaves the main view. Natural light in all places required by the stroke, achieving within a city skyline, a proposal inside to outside, where the privacy needs of all attention.

The huge city while close, is contrasted with clear spaces and double height, frame a view of green and low-maintenance materials. Close to everything and away while the housing complex intended as a place of refuge in the urban agglomerate.

The furnishings seeking work and not saturate the small space of the city, minimizing materials the proposal is to be interpreted as basic and simple aesthetics. At the end of everything, the furniture will be tenants who come and go, the interior space is what the proposal becomes important.
