Floating Homes by A group of Dutch architects

A group of Dutch architects have devised these floating houses seeking to circumvent the problem of rising water in a country where 20% of the territory is already below sea level. Waterstudio is who is handling the project, planning imaginative solutions as the foundation hermetic or water pipes or electricity flexible to adapt to the rising waters without losing supply.

Near Amsterdam is already planned to build 12,000 homes, 600 of which will be settled on the water. Remember that as elsewhere in Southeast Asia there are people who build their homes and living on the sea, but have little to do with these modern huts prototypes.
