Farm house in Avila, Spain by A-Cero
The property occupies a total area 350.9894 ha. This large surface area of the farm is made up significant areas of grassland in the south while the rest mass has a significant number of tree species such as chestnut, oak, pine, etc. Its fauna consists in most wild boar, deer, roe deer and other species being the reason that the developer who commissioned this work wants to carry out hunting.
Was also concern from the beginning of this work that all of these areas have great communication with the countryside and nature, from all points of the building exterior can be accessed easily.
The project is intended to meet the needs of the developer, in terms of rooms and surfaces.
The building is developed on one floor for easy indoor-outdoor connection and get more out of life in the countryside and nature.
They are in the main wing of the living areas (living room for large gatherings and television, game room, dining room, etc..), And the area of children’s rooms. The service areas (kitchens, cellar, laundry, service rooms, etc..) Lie in the east wing, on the west side are the master and guest bedrooms.
Two semi-independent pavilions house a home guards, and one for guests. The facilities are grouped in a separate volume, next to the caretakers’ house.
