Family house by A-cero

The design develops the highest quality of life and enjoyment for their owners in La Finca, Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid.

This project is about 1000m2, considerably less than other projects developed by the studio A-cero

The design based on angles and dramatic volumes, is one of the best examples of buildings in Studio A-cero.

The facade is made of travertine marble combined with dark gray granite in different areas, both in vertical and in the same facade.

White has one of the most important roles, both indoors and outdoors. It has numerous large windows. These elements provide the house a lot of light and vitality.

The house is implanted in a rectangular area of a surface of 4,500 m2. Accessed directly from a private road in the north. In the south is surrounded by a garden that connects to the green spaces to urban emprendmiento fastened part.

It consists of two levels.
At the main entrance is a hall that connects to a spacious lounge and dining room. Both face the rear facade with large windows.
In the extension is a porch with a barbecue, bar and swimming pool with jacuzzi. At this level also is the kitchen, laundry and service areas with independent access.

On the opposite side of this level is located the master bedroom. It is decorated in white and gold, has a large window. This suite includes a dressing room and large bathroom.

For interior stairs descend to the base level, where there are three bedrooms with bathrooms and a playroom. Also on this level there is a gym, a movie theater, a wine cellar and garage.
