Factory Converted into Luxury Loft

This impressive project by Fedrico Delrosso is located in the south of Milan. Previously, this building was a factory and now has become a residential area. These are two lofts equal. One is the house of the architect, while the other is the private residence of Alessandro Sartori, a well-known fashion designer.

Both lofts are divided into 4 levels and have the same interior layout, but each has its own decoration adapted to personal tastes of each owner. Entry and kitchen are on the first floor. Inside the stairs can be seen as a small bathroom lighting is completely natural.

The second floor houses the bedrooms, a relaxing space whose personality is reflected by the presence of some mythical furniture as the chair “Barcelona” and mirror designed by Philip Starck. The top floor contains a guest room.
