Exterior contemporary houses, house block

This design of the house block is an experiment in maximizing daylight and living space in a traditional house in Philadelphia without losing privacy. The double height spaces are feeding on natural light at all levels of the house. The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the third floor. Natural light pours right through the wall of glass block. The rooftop terrace has the largest number of parapets creating an outdoor space to sunbathe on a space open to the sky, but private residents. The design of the house would be in the area of 2500 square meters and built by Moto DesignShop.
