Cubic Light House designed by Driendl Architects

This house held on the outskirts of Vienna by Driendl Architects is defined by them as a “transparent and floating space. ” The house has two floors, articulated from a central space seamlessly. The ground floor is completely transparent with glass walls, the space is completely transparent, there we have the spaces. On the other hand the upper floor is divided into three buckets hence its name, this floor has private rooms and bathrooms of the house. Cubic Light House in predominantly white, but on the outside can see other materials such as wood or concrete.

The staircase is one of the key elements of the house is framed with glass panels and built with wooden steps that seem to be suspended in the air. The garden is especially important wood, implying a continuity between inside and outside the home.
