Beach House Golf II (Lima, Peru) – Arq Javier Artadi

The project is located on the southern slope of the hill condo Central Playa del Golf, 100 km to the south of Lima.

To the extent that the land is in the deepest part of the topography of the place, when to consolidate the development of the condominium, other neighboring houses will be more outside the house designed.

Given this condition, any attempt to protrude into the landscape is useless.

Under this circumstance, the project uses in his favor this disadvantage focusing inward strength of its design.

Conceptually, the house looks like a pedestal embedded into the hill on which all social activity occurs.

This large total area is partially covered by a large horizontal plane at one time provides all the necessary shade.

Three equal diameter circular pools have been located at the edge of the terrace and the vacuum to the horizon, geometric elements relevant to the proposal that evening are three light bulbs.

A lone flying glass balcony into the void seeks to break the overall composition emphasizing, in contrast, strong and austere character of the proposal.
