ADIA headquarters by KPF architect
Its stylized form and transmitting the sensation of movement have made this building made to the Authority Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), one of the highest quality architectural building of the emirate. The Investment Authority of the Emirates asked the architect to introduce a large atrium that runs the building interagency ceiling to floor, the court distributes natural light throughout the 37 plant and 150-meter high building.
Its exterior design is inspired by his architects in the desert dunes. KPF architects describe the project: “The north wing is the grid of the city, while the south side seems to open like a book, to the sea and Mecca. conceive a space that was like a courtyard in the tradition of Islamic architecture. The ground floor is characterized by lush vegetation, this according to the architects, “reinforces the original streetscape strategy, ligandom the site with the town plan. ” In this ground floor is an auditorium for 250 people as part of the project.
The building is also efficient from an energy perspective by double glazing façade reduces the impact of UV rays inside the building well functioning internal temperature controller.
