It is true that in winter there is too much snow to use the terraces. The architects wanted to create a cover for volumetric houses, and each has a comfortable and protected from cold winter weather.

When you open a regular cube in the center, a space arises, is formed between both parties, and people feel protected. The only sector of the shadow from the outside symbolizes a comfortable place with a contemporary expression.

The architect Akihisa Hirata has created an unusual residential complex in the city of Niigata in Japan. Since the region is extremely cold in winter and heavy snow falls are not usable terraces and balconies. The architect brought a very original idea, build a building that is shaped like the letter A. An open cube from below. The space is a common social area, providing privacy for residents and protects from the cold. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The interiors are very interesting and modern at the same time, the interior is net of light. Only one color has been used everything is white.

The unusual shape and arrangement of the windows indicates that each department is unique and original.
